On July 04, 2025 Memorandum of Understanding between Serei Saophoan Municipal Administration and GAEA Company on the strengthening and expansion of solid waste collection and transportation services in cities in Serei Saophoan Municipal, Banteay Meanchey Province.
Under the presidency of His Excellency Khlok Nouy, Deputy Governor, represented by His Excellency Oum Reatrey, Governor of Banteay Meanchey Provincial.
Objective: This Memorandum of Understanding was established to implement the cooperation between the Serei Saophoan Municipality Administration and GAEA Company in implementing the urban solid waste management function of the sub-national administration better in the goal of expanding services in 4 communes. Kampong Svay, Preah Ponlea, O’Ambel and Teuk Thla of Serei Saophoan Municipal, Banteay Meanchey Province.
