Refund and Returns Policy

1. Sale of Trash Bins

*Applicable for properly packaged solid waste and limited to one designated collection point only.

At GAEA, we aim to provide high-quality products that meet your needs. Please read our refund and return policy carefully to ensure that you are fully aware of your rights and our obligations:

  • Eligibility for Returns: You may return new, unopened trash bins within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. The bins must be in their original packaging and condition.
  • Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@gaea.com.kh. You will receive instructions on how to return the item. Please note that the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item).
  • Refunds: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If the return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
    – If the payment was made by bank app before the 20th of the month, it will be refunded between the 25th and the 30th of the same month.
    – If the payment was made by another method, it will be deducted or refunded according to the amount upon receipt of the invoice for the following month.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Custom orders, personalized items, and items marked as clearance are non-returnable.

2. Monthly Waste Collection Invoice

We understand that billing issues can occur, and we strive to address them promptly. Please review our refund policy for monthly waste collection services:

  • Billing Discrepancies: If you believe there is an error on your monthly waste collection invoice, please contact us within 7 days of the invoice date. We will investigate the issue and, if necessary, adjust the invoice accordingly.
  • Refunds for Overpayments: In the event of an overpayment, a refund will be issued to your account or applied as a credit to your next invoice. Refunds are typically processed within the next monthly billing after verification.
  • Service Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your waste collection service, please notify us at least 30 days in advance. No refunds will be provided for services rendered up to the cancellation date.
  • Non-Refundable Charges: Charges for services already performed, late payment fees, and administrative fees are non-refundable.
